If you were in escrow as of April 30th, 2010 but failed to close escrow before the June 30th, 2010 deadline then we have good news for you! Congress has passed an extension to those in escrow as of April 30th, 2010, you now have until September 30th, 2010 to close escrow and qualify for the first time home buyers tax credit!
